The 519 provides support and services to the evolving needs of the LGBTQ+ community in Toronto. They provide services like counselling, refugee support, and trans programming. Last year, 1,947 refugees and newcomers received one-on-one settlement support and 107 homeless youths were successfully housed.

Through live chat, calls, and text, they address isolation and lack of information in the LGBTQ+ community. Last year, the Youth Line supported 4,721 youths with issues such as relationships with family and peers, questioning gender and sexuality, coming out, bullying, and isolation.
www.youthline.caRainbow Railroad provides the global LGBTQ+ community with information and resources on seeking asylum in Canada. Once they arrive, they are connected with other organizations and resources to help them settle and transition to life in Canada. In 2020, they helped 503 individuals facing persecution and violence. Since January 2021, they have received over 2,500 requests for help.
